  Vacuum lifts are the ideal solution for loading the CNC router – particularly for the small shop using various material thicknesses and species.

One person can comfortably load the machine, (including loading ¾” 5x12 MDF) – without the stress and fatigue of manually moving the material. One person can do it - all day – everyday – no problem!

  
   

  Material handling is often overlooked but can be one of the key elements to increased production and flow manufacturing. Machine Worx can supply all your material handling needs from lift tables for assembly to heavy duty scissor lifts ideal for loading your Nested Based CNC Router.
  
   

  Automated return conveyors are irreplaceable in today’s small shop. This systems is capable of turning a 96” panel 180 degrees! Perfect for one man operation of your edge-bander and/or widebelt sander. Continuous Duty Multiple Drive Motors - Line speed adjustable from 0 to 120 ft per minute. Start/Stop cycle 300 times per hour. On/Off switches at both ends. Approximately 3 amps per 12 ft of conveyor. Durable DC drive motors with 120VAC. Optional 230VAC available.
