For centuries, the bead detail has been used by craftsmen to decorate fine pieces of furniture. The delicate lines and carefully rounded edge add a subtle elegance to even the most basic cabinets.

Originated in the "Old World", the design quickly caught on and has always been associated with the finest traditional American furniture. 		     
     
   


Traditional Beaded Face Frames with inset doors have never been easier! The Hoffman NSFX frame notching machine enables our customers to create this classic look with ease. The bead is an integral part of the frame eliminating the additional time of applied molding.

Couple the Hoffman frame system with our CNC Routers and traditional “high-end” residential cabinets are a breeze. Machine Worx has engineered construction methods specifically for this system and combination of equipment.




With the Hoffman system the bead is an integral part of the frame. It is fast and easy to mortise the stiles and miter the rails for a perfect fit every time!
